The manufacturing process of bottled tea

First, tea leaves are immersed in RO water which is about 50-60 degree.The tea liquid is extracted.Then tea liquid is stirred and mixed with flavour in the mixing barrel.This is semi-product. And its quality should be controlled by QC department.After checking by QC, the semi-product is sterilized by sterilization machine, to keep the tea won't be contaminated before filling. At the next step, tea liquid is filled in the bottle which is made of pet.After filling, the cap is rolled on the bottleneck, and the expiration date is also printed on the bottleneck.These are products, and they are conveyed by conveyor to package and box.There are 24 bottles boxed in a carton.This is the manufacturing process of bottle tea.
